// Please enter a list of steps required to reproduce the issue // Steps to reproduce:

  1. Example: ^1^Department of Biology
  2. Marked preview: only the word ‘Department’ is superscripted and you see the ‘^1’
  3. Interestingly Marked previews superscripted or subscripted items (using MMD syntax) correctly if the item is in the middle of a line.
  4. The and tags work fine in Marked.

Hah! Should be and tags, in line 4.

Marked is still using MMD 5, I've been waiting a bit to update it to 6. I believe the handling of superscript has changed between the two versions.
