HTML comments at the beginning of a document are shown in Marked 2

I would expect no HTML comments to be rendered in the preview.

    This is a quirk with the MultiMarkdown processor in Marked (related to
    its ability to allow MMD metadata to be hidden in comments). If you just
    add a blank line before that first comment line, it should disappear for
    you.
