    Appears to be a problem with the GitHub theme only. I'll work on a fix asap.

    Until I get a fix released, go into Preferences->Style->Additional CSS and add this:

    .github #wrapper ul, #wrapper ol {padding-left: 2em;}
    

    That should fix it for the time being.
