Some GitHub markdown not rendered correctly in preview.

When viewing md files from Github, they are not completely rendered correctly. The following markdown is not recognized:

    I take part of this back. The #### tag renders correctly under Discount processor. The other issues remain.

    The backslash as line break is a new development in the spec (since they
    switched to CommonMark). Marked will catch up soon with these minor
    changes, but in the meantime, just use two spaces instead.
