Please see attached screenshot. I’m using 2.5.27 (964) on MacOS 10.13.6.

Thanks!

The Discount processor does not currently process Markdown inside of
HTML tags. It's something I'll look into correcting, but for now only
the MultiMarkdown processor will handle it. Both processors will be
    updated in the near future.

OK! Thanks for the rapid and clear reply!

I know the preferences UI is already complex, but you might want to find some way to indicate in the UI that that checkbox applies only to MultiMarkdown.

    Thank you!

BTW, just curious… it seems that GitHub itself uses cmark-gfm rather than Discount, which it seems leads to some discrepancies between how Marked and GitHub render a document. (I’ve confirmed this locally via grip.) Are you considering integrating cmark-gfm into Marked?

    It's on my to-explore list.
