// Please enter a detailed description of the issue // Description of the issue:

The latest version 2.5.19 of Marked2 does not display Critic markup comments. I discovered this after upgrading from 2.5.10. So I cannot say whether intermediate versions have or do not have this behaviour.

// Please enter a list of steps required to reproduce the issue // Steps to reproduce:

  1. enter a critic comment in a md document (in BBEdit) {>> this syntax <<}
  2. View the document in Marked2 v. 2.5.19
  3. Revert to 2.5.10 from backup and everything works fine again.

// If applicable please attach a sample document that causes the issue for you.

    Comments can now be toggled visible/hidden for Scrivener and
    CriticMarkup. The command is under the gear menu->Proofing->Show
    Comments (shortcut ⌘\). Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks Brett,

    That was it. Solved.

    I'm old school and when I can't find an option in the preferences or the menus I assume it doesn't exist. I looked for something like this in the Quick Toggles and under the Preview Menu. I would never have thought to look for a gear menu.

    Thanks for the feedback. Marked is suffering from too many menu options, I'm always considering where to place what…
