Markdown Reference on Help menu only shows Standard Markdown

Clicking on “MultiMarkdown” or “Discount (GFM)” at the top of the window does nothing.

- Open Help menu and choose “Markdown Reference”
- Click on “MultiMarkdown” or “Discount (GFM)”
- Stretch window or scroll to bottom and see that contents haven’t changed
