Markdown Reference on Help menu only shows Standard Markdown

// Description of the issue: Markdown reference from Help menu only shows Standard Markdown.
Clicking on “MultiMarkdown” or “Discount (GFM)” at the top of the window does nothing.

  1. Open Help menu and choose “Markdown Reference”
  2. Click on “MultiMarkdown” or “Discount (GFM)”
  3. Stretch window or scroll to bottom and see that contents haven’t changed
