WebKit. I've worked around it for the next update.

Is it possible to get a workaround that works in the app in the meantime? It's pretty important functionality, especially for casual users who don't have the Markdown syntaxes fully memorized.

Paul M. In the meantime, I've made the beta public: http://support.markedapp.com/discussions/beta-testing/2-welcome-to-...

If you're on the MAS version and need a crossgrade to use the beta, email me and I'll get you a license.

Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/436816372018-01-06T00:15:00Z2018-01-06T00:15:00ZCannot open guides in markdown reference window

Thank you very much, it allows me to see the docs correctly.

Paul M. in that version.

The Markdown Guide window remains blank after I close this application selection window, and nothing further happens. PDFs are opened with PDFExpert on my OS X 10.11.6 system.

I'll fix that link for the next update to make it open in a browser, but for now it's not actually needed.

Thanks,
Brett

Bretttag:support.markedapp.com,2011-09-11:Comment/436816372018-02-08T22:09:12Z2018-02-08T22:09:12ZCannot open guides in markdown reference window

Thanks, Brett. I eventually realised that the download actually was working, just that is was very slow.
Thanks for drawing my attention to the menu bar across the top, I hadn’t noticed that — my eyes aren’t what they used to be. A sentence such as “Use the menu bar above for MultiMarkdown and Discount reference.” would help idiots like myself.
