Tables not working correctly, if either double header row, or caption, tried.

I'm following the syntax guidelines in Sec. 4.6 ("Tables") of the Multi-Markdown guide, which your help system points me to, and it's not working! I can do simple tables okay, but if I try to use either a double header row, or a caption, the table doesn't render. (Note that both double header rows and captions are shown in the example syntax.) What's wrong?!

I found the problem: "Discount (GFM)" was selected, in the Preferences->Processor tab. Switching this to "MultiMarkdown" fixed my problem. Both double header rows, as well as table captioning, are now working.

Yes, unfortunately there are some syntaxes supported in one and not the other that I can't normalize. Glad you figured it out!
