Help Site/Chrome

The marked2 help site does not work properly under Chrome on latest Mac os; odd behaviour like links not working, for instance if you search for contents: http://marked2app.com/help/search.html?q=contents , none of the links actually work, you can’t click on them. The docs are visible, but you can’t search for topics. Safari does work.

    I'm not seeing any issue on 10.12. Are you running 10.13? And what
    version of Chrome are you running?

    A screen recording of what you're seeing might help me understand if you
    have time.

    ios 10.12.6; chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit).

    what I'm trying to do in the recording is to first double click on a link (nothing happens) and then I'm "right" clicking on the link, and I don't get an "open link" option.

    I'm really uncertain what's happening for you. I can't replicate, all
    links work fine for me. Is this only happening on the search results
    page, or on every page? Also, if you adjust your window width the left
    menu shows/hides, does it make a difference which state it's in?

    OK, I got it. It's only on the search page, and I had Chrome full screen on an Apple display that is rectangular, 24" diagonal.

    using grab to measure with (0,0) in the lower left corner, the search page links work until the window is sized (1900,-1400) (about 2/3 of the display). Beyond this point and in full screen you can't click on any links.

    Further, I just did the same experiment with Safari and got the same result; in full screen the links stop working, so it isn't Chrome specific.

    Thanks! Great sleuthing. I've uploaded a fix, if you do a force
    (⌘⇧R) refresh on the page, it should work properly. Let me know if
    you still see the issue.

    Works, thanks. I'd ask what the problem was but I'm guessing it was either real simple or real technical! Happy Friday.

    The menu on the left was over-expanding to invisibly cover the content,
    blocking clicks and hovers from going through. I didn't account for the
    size of full-screen browsers on retina displays when I wrote the
    original breakpoints :).
