move the settings icon over a few pixels
Minor suggestion/request. The gear icon in the bottom right of the frame sits almost on top of the corner marker to change the window size. Would it be possible to move the gear icon over a handful of pixels to be able to separate the two a bit better.
Yes, I realize that splat comma works as the keyboard shortcut and is faster. Just a thing I noticed.
Also, unclear if this is a result of some odd personal configuration.

Yep, already did for the next version. It's not a problem in Lion, but noticed it when testing in Snow Leopard.
