When choosing github css template, having show table of contents when printing selected, and then saving as pdf, I am getting some of the table of contents cut off in the left gutter.

Oddly, it isn't quite as significant (but still happens) if I select print preview, then use the 'save as pdf' dropdown on the system print dialog.

This looks like a CSS issue. I should have it resolved for the 1.3.4 release. Thanks for the heads up.

    No problem.

I copied the github css to the custom css dir, and made a couple of adjustments there.
Oddly enough, when I generate a pdf with 'save as pdf', the content of a *really long* markdown file gets cut off about half a page early. Weird.

When I used the default style, it does not. Not sure what is causing this. If I do a print preview, then save that pdf, I do not have that problem. Very odd!

ps. Loving Marked so far. Thanks for the great app. :)
