MathJax CHTML option
It seems that Marked 2 does not have the new CHTML option in MathJax v2.6? e.g. the one I use is <https://cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS_CHTML-full>

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I haven't updated the MathJax setup for a while. I'll need to pull and
recompile it to get new options in there, which I'll do for an update
soon.
