Level 1 Headers in TOC Summary

Hi,

In the table of contents summary at the bottom right of the window, my level one headers are not appearing. Is this by design or am I missing something?

You'll see in the attached screenshot that "# 5 - Higher Ordered Functions" appears in the preview, but not in the summary.

    Level one headers are generally used only for the title of the document, thus the table of contents begins counting with level 2 headers.

    Any chance you guys can change this?

    The H1's are displayed in the document preview itself. Might as well
    include them in the TOC, right?
