Dear Support:
You have a great product but a poor support page.

Please provide a link to a download that will work with Mac OS 10.7.5.

Downloads are no where to be found.
Both your support page and your documentation don't even address the topic of downloading your software and details around it.

The words:
- download - version - current version - current download - current down load - historic down load...

... yield no results.

Between fruitless searching your site and now writing this email, I have spent 30 minutes or so getting no where on your support page with this most basic challenge.

I am looking for:
- a download page... or - a current version of the software page... or - a compatibility chart... or - most ideally a page with downloads mapped to OS versions

What I need is a version of Marked 2 that works with Mac OS 10.7.5.. .surely you have one.

What is more at the very least I would expect documentation explaining the details around your versions and what operating systems it works with.

The link in my original email when I purchased goes to the most current version of Marked 2.. .which does not work with my OS.

I can not use the software. This is frustrating.

Please provide a link to a download that will work.

Thank you.
T.

The download button is labeled "Free Trial" with a download symbol. Only
the current version is made available for download. I did not realize
until you pointed it out that there's no minimum system requirement
    listed, which I will fix.

The minimum for Marked 2 is OS X 10.9.5. There is no Lion version. If
you need a refund on a purchase, please let me know.
