Sublists not working between M2b and Scrivener 3?

When using MMD syntax to create a sublist, it shows up as part of the main list in Marked 2 (see attached image). Oddly though, if I use Scrivener's editor to create a list (not MMD syntax) the UL list shows correctly, but the OL list doesn't.

Is there a different method needed to get the MMD syntax sublists to show correctly in Marked 2? You can see in the attached image that the compiled HTML (right window in screenshot) from the MMD syntax works correctly, while the Marked 2 (left window in screenshot) doesn't.

    Ok, I can fully replicate this issue. I'll have to look into it a bit
