Can't open Markdown User Guide from Mardown Guide window
If I click on MultiMarkdown User’s Guide in the Markdown Guide, a blank window shows, after which I’m asked to open Adobe Reader, which I don’t have as I use PDFExpert for pdfs. The Markdown Guide window remains blank after I close this application selection window, and nothing further happens. PDFs are opened with PDFExpert on my OS X 10.11.6 system.

Sorry about the duplicate. It seems that the mmd-manual.pdf takes a long time to download, giving the appearance of non-activity. It did work each time.
