Flashing screen w/ Scrivener 3

I seem to be getting multiple error messages. The moment I open Marked 2 along with Scrivener, the screen starts blinking and I am unable to read the error. When I close marked the Scrivener blinking stops but changes are lost. If I close Scrivener first, this is the error I am getting (screenshot attached)

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I think I know what this issue might be, but I probably won't have time to fix it until next week. In the meantime, try disabling Preferences->Apps "Open Scrivener when opening .scriv files" and let me know if you still get the issue.
