Marked copying compiled document into Scrivener project?
This comment was split from the discussion: Welcome to the beta
Hi,
Tried the latest beta version (https://updates.marked2app.com/Marked2.5.11b940-3.zip) with scrivener. It copies and adds the selected scrivener documents as one document back into the scrivener project file.

This should be impossible. Marked doesn't write anything within the Scrivener project, and has no direct communication with Scrivener. Can you provide a screencast showing what you're experiencing?

I know, weird. Check it out.

So you're working with Scrivener 2, and the issue happens when you Open
in Editor (⌘E), correct? It's interesting, I can't figure out what I
did that might be causing it to ask Scrivener to edit the compiled
Markdown (thus importing it into the current project) instead of the
original project. I'll look into it before the next beta update. I only
have Scrivener 3 currently installed, but I can remedy that.

Yep, I know, super weird.
Yep, still working with Scrivener 2 until Marked2 comes out of beta. Then I’ll update both apps.
Re: open in editor, if you mean that I open the project in Marked2 editor, yes.
Then it copies the compiled documents into the Scrivener 2 research folder for some reason.
I have zilch coding skills. So, if you find it weird too, then it is weird.
Thanks for looking into this. Marked 2 is a great app, and it has made my life much easier.
Kind regards,
